- Bellway Homes is strategically leading a joint venture with Lambeth Riverside on a £109 million tenant-backed estate regeneration project South London. This substantial investment is set to transform the neighborhood, delivering new homes in a safer and more appealing environment. This marks Bellway's first joint venture in Zone 1, underscoring their growing commitment to London.
I also provided expert guidance to Lum Chang Holdings in the acquisition and strategic sale of part of Kelaty House for a joint venture between two publicly listed Singaporean property companies. Kelaty House will feature a 300-bed apartment hotel and 600-bed student accommodations across five distinct buildings, complemented by an underground basement car park. My involved expertly navigating complex development obligations, reservations, estate management, and transfer documents for the sale.
Moreover, I advised Taylor Wimpey and London &ant on their acquisition of Chobham Manor, a mixed-use development exceeding £300 million, marking the pivotal first phase of the Olympic Park's redevelopment.
